ENGAGEMENT FRAMEWORK

Know the scope
before work starts.

This page explains what a proposed RecoveryWorks pilot must settle. It is not a signed contract or an authorization to begin recovery.

1. Accepted work

The first pilot areas are vendor overpayment review and missed-credit reconciliation. Confirm the supplier accounts, period, business units, currency, required records, calculations and exclusions. Unsupported categories remain outside scope.

2. Operator, fees and timing

The written engagement identifies the contracting operator, accountable contact, fee basis, deliverables, delivery date, payment timing, cancellation and refund arrangements. Freight Recovery’s pricing does not automatically apply. No payment is taken on this website.

3. Evidence and reporting

Potential differences, supported findings, authorized claims, account credits, cash receipts, reversals and fee-eligible recovery are separate states. Repeated exports, corrected invoices, existing claims and amounts already credited must be reconciled before a result is attributed to the engagement.

4. Separate authority for action

An enquiry or review request does not authorize supplier contact, dispute submission, settlement acceptance, access to systems or movement of funds. Any outside action requires the specific authority agreed for that engagement.

5. Records and confidentiality

Confirm the allowed records, transfer route, access, permitted purpose, retention, deletion, backup treatment and incident contact before documents are accepted. Do not send confidential records through the public enquiry email.

6. Limits and support

Recovery is not guaranteed. This pilot is not legal, tax, insurance or other regulated professional advice. The written engagement identifies how to raise a factual correction, service concern or support request.
