INITIAL PILOT SERVICES

Start with a question
we can investigate.

The initial pilot focuses on two non-freight review areas. Acceptance depends on your records and a written scope.

01

Vendor overpayment review

Compare identifiable supplier invoices and obligations with payment records, refunds and dated vendor balances. Investigate possible duplicate or excess payments while keeping corrected invoices and repeated data exports separate.

02

Missed-credit reconciliation

Compare documented supplier or warranty credit entitlements with the credits or refunds actually recorded. Keep outstanding amounts, account credits and cash receipts distinct.

Carrier and parcel charges belong with RETALLY Freight Recovery. Other expense categories are considered only after their scope and delivery requirements have been confirmed; they are not included in this initial offer.

THE REVIEW PROCESS

A supported
next step.

  1. 01

    Confirm the fit.

Describe the issue without sending records. We agree the business units, supplier accounts, period, currency and exclusions.

  2. 02

    Review the evidence.

Use the agreed transfer route. Invoice identity, payment events, credit entitlement and existing refunds are checked before a difference becomes a finding.

  3. 03

    Decide what moves forward.

Review the report, unresolved questions and proposed next steps. Any supplier contact or recovery action needs separate authorization.

ILLUSTRATIVE EXAMPLE · NOT A CUSTOMER RESULT

Two payment records.
One question to resolve.

Two rows can represent two payments, a corrected entry or a duplicate export. A potential difference is not a proven overpayment.

Linked refunds, credits and payment identity must be resolved before a claim is supported.

SCOPE & ENGAGEMENT

A focused pilot,
with terms agreed first.

This is an operator-assisted service, not a self-service upload or automated claims platform. We do not offer unrestricted expense recovery, guaranteed results or automatic supplier contact.

The contracting operator, fee basis, delivery date, support route and data-handling arrangements are confirmed in writing before an engagement is accepted.
